Bonjour!

   I'm Elise CARRET, a french character animator . I’m currently working  at the Animation Studio ILLUMINATION MacGuff. I worked on The Grinch , finally Sing 2 and  many shorts for Minions 2 and The secret life of Pets 2 .

    I'm also a scenarist, illustrator, storyboarder, character designer, concept artist and a modeler/sculptor on my spare time. Yup... I don't sleep much!

 

  I studied at ESMA Nantes. I  co-directed there a student short movie  called ACHOO.

  It talks about a sneezy little chinese dragon who can't breath fire. The short is available on youtube after his huge travel around the world in festivals!  Achoo  even walked on the red carpet at the OSCARS 2018 in the additional list  in Los Angeles. Now Achoo remains in an attraction tour in Vulcania , an amusement park about dragons in France.

  I did many things on the film: the original story, storyboard/animatic, concept art, colorscript, character design , character modeling, facial rigging , and finally animation !

   

  Right now I'm doing conferences,  writing and directing new projects. So stay tuned!
